As the new term begins in the tertiary sector, the Hope scholarship students are eager to go for studies with lots of enthusiasm.
Hope Scholarship is a tool to transform communities in Mzuzu and beyond to make sure people climb the ladder from poverty to prosperity. According to Rev Nkhata, the patriarch of this programme, the students are groomed to be leaders in the church, productive in the community and also participate in overall growth of the whole country.
Fourth July 2011 marks the start of a new term for the Tertiary students. In his messageRev. Nkhata reminds the students that the worst thing the can do is to waste this opportunity. “when God creates an opportunity for you, it is not good for you to waste but rather take care of it like and egg that can break at any time. This opportunity is from God and you must also make sure that you manifest the will of God” said Pastor Copeland
The high school, students are also in school and are writing their examinations. His message to them from the Director is that they should work extra hard to bring successful results
